ABSTRACT

A nervous osteoarthropathy can occur in a diabetic, known for a long time, in 88% of cases and often unbalanced. The foot, and more especially the mediotarse, constitute the almost exclusive seat of the affection. The radiological aspects carried out in this way are varied. An early total discharge may lead to a favorable evolution. The authors report here two cases, make a literature review and recall the main features of this affection
